Kids often struggle to keep up in a world built for adults. With high expectations, daily stressors, and sometimes difficult past experiences—like family conflict, trauma, or big life changes—their ability to cope can get overwhelmed. This may look like trouble focusing, mood swings, acting out, or pulling away from loved ones. That’s where I come in. I support children and teens in making sense of their world in ways that work for them. I use proven tools and techniques to help shift how they see themselves—from feeling stressed and misunderstood to feeling safe, confident, and connected.
