The most endearing part about therapy is watching people uncover parts about themselves or their lives that lead to healing and change. Often someone seeks support from an outside source to help them gain a sense of control over their lives. Through the therapeutic process, they gain control over themselves and that leads to solutions they were not aware of. It's an honor to guide those who want to help themselves and create a life they are proud of. My experience over the last 20 years includes working with individuals, families, incarcerated males, at-risk youth, and domestic violence victims. Specialties include sex therapy, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life changes as well as personal growth.
