Believe it or not, many people suffer from everyday life challenges. The difference is how you handle them. I focus on helping individuals, couples, and families improve their well-being and cope with life challenges. I have over 15 years of experience helping adults, teens, and families with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and relationship problems. I like to use the Person-Centered Therapy approach because each individual is unique. I have coupled this approach with different therapy types such as, DBT, CBT, Gestalt Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
