Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, their bodies, and their sense of peace. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, or addiction and often live high-stress lives or serve as caregivers to others. After years of pushing through, they feel overwhelmed and unsure how to find balance. Beneath the surface is a longing to feel safe, grounded, and whole again—to release what’s heavy, reconnect with their truth, and create a life rooted in authenticity and calm. I provide an inclusive, trauma-informed space for growth, emotional balance, and whole-person wellness. Each journey is unique, and I work to meet each client’s individual needs.
