I am dedicated to providing my clients with an environment that is safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive. I work from an empathetic approach to allow my clients to speak their own narratives and explore what changes they would like to make in their lives. I believe it is important to see each person individually for who they are, instead of what has happened to them, and recognize what is going on around them and how it may be impacting their life. My goal is to help people recognize their strengths and utilize these strengths toward growth and change. Our work together can be as flexible or as structured as you feel comfortable with!
