With my background, training, and clinical experiences, I can assist you in meeting your goals and moving forward, even if it doesn't feel possible yet. We got this. My experience has been with all ages, and extensive time is spent with adolescents, young adults, and adults with many different needs. My focus is to provide a supportive, compassionate space for you to explore and try new coping skills & heal. We build up your motivation & self-esteem together so you can feel more like yourself as days go by.
