Hello, my name is Desiree. I work with teens, adults and couples who want to manage anxiety, improve daily coping skills and reduce stress in all areas of life. (school, work, college or home. ) My experience includes assessment for depression, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, grief and other mental health difficulties. I am passionate about reducing stigma around mental health. Due to the mind-body connection, I firmly believe that getting mental health care is equally as important as physical health care.
