I’m so glad you’re here. I believe that healing is a journey, and therapy can be a powerful release. Maybe you’re not quite sure what you need yet. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, or just an inner knowing that things aren’t how they should be, I’m here to help you navigate those moments of uncertainty. My clinical focus includes trauma treatment, family systems, and dynamics of foster care. I specialize in supporting individuals and families affected by trauma and attachment disruptions. I also work with single parents and families navigating co-parenting and significant stress and loss.
