I believe in facilitating patients’ understanding of themselves while using a strength based approach. My approach to therapy is naturally warm and compassionate. And I believe that inclusivity, cultural competency and patient’s empowerment are integral aspects of psychotherapy. My experience is in treating depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder and personality disorders, grief, acculturation issues, life transitions and identity development. In addition, specialize in working with patients who identify as transgender, gender fluid and LGBTQIA community.
