Are you nervous about therapy for the first time? Not sure if you need it? Maintaining our mental health is one of the most important yet challenging tasks that we ALL continuously face. It is my goal for clients to feel empowered, safe, and celebrated no matter how big or small the issue. I help my clients understand the reality of the therapeutic process, and serve as a guide every step of the way. We ALL need therapy at some point in our lives, and I strive to provide my clients and the freedom to be vulnerable and learn more about themselves. I use a collaborative and communicative approach to help clients assess their mental health and any outside factors that play into their lives. I use my social work skills to help clients explore their mental health in its totality. We work together to create realistic goals that are achieved and celebrated.
