Hi I’m Destini a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My hope is that with every client I am able to proved them with a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space to deal with life stressors in order to create balance and to live their best life. I graduated for California State University, Sacramento’s Counseling Education Masters Program specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy. In our first session together, we'll start with introductions of not just you but also myself. We are a team working together. Then dive into what you would like to work on and the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored/individualized plan for us to work through in sessions to come. Doing this work for the last 10 years I have been able to gain certain strengths within this profession. The greatest of these is being able to quickly identify goals to work on and toward, leading to tangible progress.
