Many people who have lived through trauma find that talking about what happened is not always enough to create lasting relief. Even when someone understands their story, the body can hold on in ways that feel confusing or out of sync with the life they want. Symptoms like anxiety, shutdown, or reactivity can continue to shape daily experience, often without conscious intention. My work focuses on helping people understand these patterns and restore a sense of steadiness, clarity, and internal connection. Trauma treatment is the center of my practice.
