Starting therapy is a big step. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin! If you’re feeling disconnected from yourself or from the people in your life, or questioning your identity, values, or direction, therapy is a place to explore this at your own pace. You might feel stuck, unsure how you got here, or like you’ve been living by expectations that no longer fit who you are. You are not alone. My hope is that therapy will feel like a space where you can breathe, feel heard, and begin reconnecting with the with the parts of yourself that matter most to you.
