Accepting New Clients. Welcome. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults facing issues of low self esteem, negative self talk, anxiety, depression, panic disorder, substance use disorder and relational issues. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Working with Families of LGBTQ Adolescents: Coming Out, Transition, and Support. I am particularly interested in assisting families and individuals to navigate racial and cultural barriers through systemic change. As a woman of color, I truly enjoy working with BIPOC to support empowerment in their healing journey.
