I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are dealing with whatever life is throwing at them. I specialize in bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, relational issues, trauma and stress. My goal for you is to be able to live the life you know you deserve. My style is real and relaxed. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be yourself — no judgment, no pretending, no pressure to “get it all right.” I use humor and honesty to help make difficult conversations a little easier and to keep the process real and relatable.
