Whether you’re brand new to therapy or years into your healing, I’ll meet you where you are. If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, wrestling with low self-esteem, or navigating a life transition, I’m here to help you sort through the mental chaos and move forward at your own pace. My approach is warm, affirming, and just the right amount of direct in order to challenge your thoughts. I am only offering telehealth (virtual) appointments currently.
