Are you feeling lost or disconnected during these times of dramatic change? Is your sense of ‘who you are in the World’ in question? Are these unknowns bringing forth feelings of anxiety, depression, or possibly other emotions connected to previous trauma? I would be honored to support you. My approach emphasizes building tools and practices to discover balance with our Authentic Being, learning to embody the unique gifts we offer the World. Through developing relationship to ourselves and our bodies, we can find untapped resilience from within. I specialize in working with adults, teens, and the aging population. My therapeutic approach brings together Western methods of Somatic healing (EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Processing), with Transpersonal Psychotherapy. In a nutshell, we will integrate principles of Quantum Mechanics and/or Spirituality to connect with something greater which can support us in finding our true path.
