When worry, loss, or family stress take over, it can feel hard to stay close to the people you care about. Anxiety, depression, and miscommunication can turn even small moments into big challenges. I help individuals and families learn ways to cope, talk with each other more clearly, and feel steady again. My goal is to support clients as they discover new ways to grow and use their own strengths to make the changes they want. As a psychotherapist, I use a patient-centered approach to provide my clients with a safe space to help my clients explore those feelings & thoughts getting in the way of living their best life.
