You might be suffering from depression, anxiety, grief or anger, which has negatively affected your ability to sleep, concentrate, enjoy activities with family and friends. I know that it is difficult to share these feelings. I have a passion for helping others and it is my goal to help you identify the causes of your distress and to provide a safe, non-judgemental, supportive environment and work collaboratively with you and/or family to work towards a positive outcome by equipping you with more effective communication, coping and decision-making skills. My primary focus is on anxiety, depression, grief, and anger. I strongly believe that people are resilient and with the proper support, they can have positive outcomes. My approach is to gently allow the client to work at their own pace to identify the causes of their distress and assist them by providing specific helpful tools for better life management.
