I began my path as a therapist seven years ago, focusing on providing essential support to children and adults who have experienced complex trauma, child abuse, and neglect. This experience has immersed me in the lives of clients facing severe mental health challenges and has deepened my understanding of the impact of trauma. I have learned the importance of empowering individuals as they confront their past, navigate their present, and build a hopeful future. Along the way, I have witnessed the incredible resilience that people are capable of. Cultural & Ethnic Impacts, Depression, Relationship Issues, and Psychoeducation.
