I often work with teens, young adults, and families struggling to find identity in school, at home, or in their community. If you are struggling to balance stress, maintain relationships, or feel like you're the only one holding everyone together, you've come to the right place. We create a supportive environment to learn more about your goals, patterns, and relationships. I offer in-person and virtual services in El Dorado Hills. We specialize in an Integrated Trauma treatment approach for adults, teens, and their family members. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Neuromodulation, Neuropsychological Testing and somatic interventions. We have tremendous compassion for each client and seek to invest in our clients' journey.
