It is my belief that the most important life skill any person can have is asking for help. My ambition is to create an environment where my clients can feel safe and at ease doing just that. I work with clients to build a trusted, personal relationship where we can focus on their difficulties and collaborate to discover creative approaches to overcome obstacles, and set goals. I hope to build an honest non-judgmental space where my clients can explore their thoughts and behaviors to better understand themselves, their emotions, and strategize new approaches to cultivate the changes they want to make.
