Therapy is a way of connecting with someone who can support you in these difficult times and help you find ways of coping that lead to growth, insight, and understanding. To often when it comes to mental health we feel alone and like there is no one who could possibly understand what we are going through. My mission as your therapist is to help you gain deep insight and cultivate practical tools needed to forge the fulfilling life you desire and deserve. I help young adult, college students and professional women who are facing difficult life transitions, relationship stress, family issues, child and adolescents overcome challenges. My goal is to create open conversations and a safe space for clients to be able to express themselves openly and freely. Building trust and Rapport while facilitating a therapeutic relationship with a client to obtain and build the skills necessary to overcome life challenges, and personal barriers.
