I began working in the area of mental health over 25 years ago, the last 18 years have primarily as a child and family therapist. I have worked with children in a variety of environments from in the home to schools and foster care. Working with children led me to expand my practice to include working with parents and families. Currently I work with a mix of adults, families and children. In addition to treating a range of challenges from anxiety to trauma, the life issues people face are also a key part of my practice, such as divorce, death of a loved one, a move to a new home or country and bullying.
