You know, it's not easy getting on here and looking at these different profiles and making the call to a therapist. I appreciate your effort and taking the time to look at my profile today. I meet with people who have all kinds of different challenges in their lives and are experiencing transition whether kids, teens, families, or adults. You want different things, but up on the list for what I support with includes: having a sense of wholeness, authenticity, and autonomy in your life, relief from some kind of loss or pain in your heart or mind, or having a happy family, You deserve these things and I want to help you get there. My approach involves exploring the deepest parts of yourself which often includes looking at the things you most wish to avoid or hide from, your shadows. Myths tell us our deep gold is trapped there. But we must begin with the basics of trust, self-care, and stability in the real-world, all of which I will support you or your family in along their journey.
