I work to support children, adolescents, young adults and their families navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, and interpersonal conflicts. My mission is to create a safe space by developing connections and a sense of security which allows each person to be their authentic self. Through exploration of the self, leaning into strengths, unconditional positive regard, and wholehearted acceptance, I hope to provide support for life’s challenges.
