I'm Devon Cavazos - a Licensed Clinical ​Social Worker and a groovy Trauma Informed Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with ​over a decade of mental health magic under my belt. From soaking in Psychology at ​Manhattan College to diving into my MSSW at Columbia University, my journey has been a ​whirlwind of expertise. Add in some Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher training from The ​Sakala School of Integrative Teaching, and voila - a recipe for awesomeness! I've sprinkled my healing touch at various hospitals, private practices, and even did a clinical ​tango at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
