My clinical practice is open to anyone seeking help and hope in their life. If you are struggling with depression or anxiety, childhood trauma, or ongoing grief and loss, I can help you find a path through this difficult season. I have a specialization in working with adult children of parents with personality disorders such as Borderline, Histrionic, and Narcissistic Personality Disorder. I work with individuals experiencing family estrangement and disconnection and help bring healing to that pain. I also work with mothers and women in life transitions. Ultimately, I believe in healing over time for all.
