Welcome. Are you looking for a warm, dynamic, interactive approach to therapy? I may be a good fit! For 27 years I have had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults of all ages. My hope is that each person leaves every session with an item of value: feeling truly seen, heard and validated; learning something new about how our brains work; a new strategy for getting through the day; or fresh insight into themselves or a relationship, just to name a few. I keep things light and fun with children and teens, while still inspiring them to grow in areas like executive functioning, emotional regulation and communication.
