I am committed to using evidence-based practices for helping all clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health. I have substantial experience working with individuals navigating challenges with gender identity, sexuality/sexual orientation, identity formation, life and career transitions, healthy living, work-life balance, stress management, and general mental health concerns (e.g., depression, anxiety, mood instability, etc.). I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgemental space where the client and I can explore their goals together.
