If you’ve gotten sober but still feel stuck, restless, or on edge, you’re not alone. A lot of people think that once the drinking or using stops, everything magically gets better. But in reality, the hardest part starts after the substances are gone—figuring out who you are now, dealing with emotions you used to numb, and facing the anxiety or trauma you’ve been carrying underneath it all. I specialize in addiction, recovery, and trauma. I know the journey doesn’t stop at abstinence. I’ll challenge you when you need it, support you when it’s tough, and keep our work grounded in your real life—not in therapy jargon.
