Life is hard, and we don't have to go it alone. I have many tools to help you reach your goals. I tend to work with clients who have struggled throughout their lives and need to learn new skills to be effective. After establishing those skills, clients often go on to process difficult things that have happened in their lives with me. I love working with clients who are open and willing to give things a try, even if they are scary.
