I work with thoughtful, self-aware professionals and creatives who are tired of feeling disconnected from themselves and others despite all their efforts. You might be someone who: supports everyone else but struggles to identify or ask for what you need; feels anxious, numb, or caught in self-doubt; knows something is off but can't quite name it; has hit a crossroads and isn't sure which direction feels true to you. Many of my clients have done significant inner work yet still feel out of step with their authentic self. Under the surface, early experiences of emotional neglect or invalidation created patterns that made sense then but feel constricting now. I offer a somatic and depth-oriented approach that goes beyond insight to create real, felt change.
