About

My work with individuals is rooted in mindfulness, attachment, and somatic work. I support clients in connecting with themselves while helping them understand how their history impacts their current relationships and their sense of self. Together, I work with clients on creating a healing, safe, and non-judgmental environment where vulnerability, laughter, and silence are all welcome. I work with children and their caregivers, with an emphasis on play, attachment, and parent coaching. As a part of the therapeutic process, I collaborate with each child’s team to create a cohesive plan for children and their families. I also work with women individually on their challenges as it relates to self-discovery, relationships, work, and anxiety.
