About

I am a licensed therapist with my Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Winona State University. I work with modalities including CBT, Adlerian, Solution Focused, and Person Centered. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, and trauma, in children, adolescents, and adults. I also have experience working with individuals of marginalized populations including LGBTQ+ community members and persons of color. I focus on creating a safe and comfortable space for the client along with using a collaborative and strength based approach to encourage healing and growth.
