During sessions, I will teach you how to rewire your brain to create lasting change that can help, even after therapy ends. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my focus is to help individuals become the best version of themselves. I empower clients with valuable techniques to reduce symptoms and experience serenity. I will help guide, heal, and empower you. I provide a safe space to process all of life (good & bad) and create a plan just for you.
