As a therapist, I aim to create a space where clients can speak honestly about what they’re carrying, without pressure to have everything figured out. I work with men and teen boys who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and questions around faith or identity. My approach is practical and collaborative, focused on understanding patterns, building emotional awareness, and setting clearer, healthier boundaries. I help my clients explore identity and purpose, supporting them in developing greater confidence, direction, and stability as they work toward meaningful change in their lives.
