I am a Buddhist mental-physical-spiritual health coach/mentor, advocate, and artist. I empower the human spirit with encouragement and compassion as an art therapist and contemplative/somatic arts & meditation facilitator. Previous work has focused on the empowerment of & social justice advocacy for individuals with lived experience of serious mental challenges/trauma/autism/neurodivergence. I provide support with integration processes for Buddhist/Spiritual clients who have experienced growth and expanded human capabilities through altered states of consciousness, experiences of psychosis, meditation, and psychedelic therapies. Instead of pathologizing and trying to fix clients (the 'sick' care model), I instead have skill in recognizing each individual’s strengths and passions while providing collaboration and direction for untapped potential to be actualized.
