On the Mental Health side we offer Counseling for Adults, Child, Adolescent, Relationship & Families. Monthly we have our "Mommy Circles" which give Mommies (pregnant, postpartum, experienced) a chance to discuss issues they face daily as a Mom. This allows them to vent, learn coping mechanisms & solutions to help reduce of postpartum or any form of depression. On the Physical Health side we have a physical trainer to help those that are struggling with any form depression and/or stress due to their unhappiness with their physical look. This service allows you to exercise your body after exercising your mind. I am passionate about assisting others, navigate through life challenges and issues through motivation, empowerment and support. I feel my purpose is to help others improve their quality of life.
