My name is Diana Ashton and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in San Diego, CA. I work with adolescents and adults with a variety of presenting issues using psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and short-term solution-focused therapeutic techniques to help my clients find the answers that they are looking for. I grew up in a family with some trauma and I believe that I emerged wanting to not only heal myself but to help others heal as well. I have always had the ability to see a person as a whole picture and am not afraid to reach out and offer help.
