As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. However, I also have extensive experience working with several other concerns such as, ADHD, OCD, Depression, Eating Disorders and disordered eating patterns. I can assist in guiding you to find the answers within yourself, help empower you in making necessary changes, and build support and confidence in overcoming life’s challenges. I can also help you gather insight and education into a variety of coping skills that have been proven to help with a range of struggles.
