About

I'm a compassionate and caring therapist who strives to help others find peace and happiness within their lives. I have been practicing social work for the past 32 years in multiple settings and I work with people ages 10 through older adulthood. I have special interest in working with adults who have experienced trauma and other mental health issues including anxiety and depression. My goal when working with my clients is to help them recognize and resolve wounds that are blocking them from experiencing a joyful and fulfilling life. Additionally, my goal is to help people create a personalized path towards health and wellness.
