We all sometimes struggle through our emotions, and disconnect from ourselves and those around us to cope. It's an act of courage to reach out for support. I provide a safe, warm space for us to explore your deepest thoughts and feelings, and ask meaningful questions for us to find your path to living life authentically. For over 7 years, I have been honored to work in therapeutic roles in Washington State and NYC with people from a wide range of ages, cultural backgrounds, and LGBTQ+ identities. I specialize in treating young adults with anxiety and relationship difficulties.
