My therapy practice is dedicated to working with people who are feeling stagnate within their lives and looking to break free of a negative mindset, unhealthy patterns of thinking, lack of boundaries, chronic feelings of low self-esteem or not knowing your worth associated with unhappy, unfulfilling relationships. For the past 15 years I have specialized in working with adults and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, anger management, life transitions, domestic violence, sexual abuse, childhood trauma, and relationship problems. I am a culturally sensitive therapist that specializes in an array of modalities.
