I work with individuals of all ages including children and adolescents. I strive to provide a safe place where you and/or your child can explore confusing feelings, improve communication, learn to problem solve, and develop healthy boundaries for healthier happier relationships. I have worked in the field of clinical social work for the past 14 years. I utilize a person centered, strengths based approach in tandem with a variety of evidenced based techniques such as cognitive, somatic, motivational, dialectical, and behavioral therapy.
