Welcome, my name is Diana Delgado, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with my Master of Social Work in 2016, go BEACH! I am a first-generation high school and college graduate Latina. My experiences as a Latina woman guide my practice and understanding of issues that many of my clients may experience. Our thoughts are very powerful! I have utilized a CBT approach in my practice to support clients in challenging thoughts that aren't always very helpful to how we feel.
