My ideal client is someone who’s feeling stuck, perhaps they’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, or the weight of unprocessed trauma. They may be high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. They’ve often reached a point where their usual coping tools aren’t cutting it anymore, and they’re ready to try something different. They seek clarity about themselves, their patterns, their emotions, and how to move forward.
