My ideal client is someone who feels like they’ve been carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders but doesn’t quite know how to set it down. Maybe they’re struggling with identity, relationships, or life transitions and just need a safe space to sort through the noise. They want to feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I work best with clients who are open to being real, even if that means sitting in some uncomfortable truths for a while. They don’t need to have it all figured out they just need the willingness to take that first step toward change. I help by creating a space where people can drop the mask and be themselves. I work with individuals and couples to improve communication, navigate identity, and move through life’s challenges. I’m especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community and anyone who has ever felt like they don’t quite “fit the mold.”
