As a therapist, I strive to help each of my clients progress on their journey of self-discovery and growth. I create a supportive and judgment-free space, in which clients can feel safe to share their struggles, as well as collaboratively work to change unhelpful patterns, improve self-esteem, reach goals, and overcome anxiety and trauma. When working with children, I incorporate play therapy, giving them the freedom to use a wide array of toys to act out and process their feelings.
