As a psychologist, my aim is to help you live a more purposeful, vibrant, and satisfying life. I provide compassionate and effective therapy, guiding you to develop new skills to launch you in the direction you want to be moving. I support individuals navigating significant life changes and relationship difficulties, and those wanting to refocus on what matters most in their lives. I work with people facing challenges like anxiety, depression, eating concerns, and unhealthy habits. I take a holistic approach drawing from my rigorous knowledge of the science of behavior, and training in acceptance, compassion, and mindfulness. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a well-researched therapy that helps you break free from unhelpful patterns and live in harmony with your core values. I’m also a certified yoga instructor. I offer therapy sessions both in person at my office in Santa Barbara, California, and online.
